I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Shift timings are less, good place to learn if anyone is really dedicated and willing, job security is good

Dislikes

Pay is extremely less, management not good, promotion and career growth is very less, gender bias, work goes unappreciated, very strict sitting at system policy, employees taking breaks or off days would have to justify why they needed it
