Lack of roles and Division of responsibilities which leads to a burden to those who are good performers. Sort of unclear who is responsible for what.

Good work environment and culture . The teammates are supportive and in a good bonding. Appraisals and salary hike are fair.

Dislikes

There is lot of partiality in the welfare of employees and the management doesn't want to hear our issues. HR and finance related issuee resolving is a very very slow process .Salary is decent . But They hiring on 2 years contact basis. Career growth is very slow and no future projects available.
