Management of the company is very transparent.Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. They are helping me to know about new machine and technology .There is a huge cafeteria.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Management of the company are verycareful regarding COVID-19 and it takes all the precautions to keep everyone safe . It provides face mask to all the employees.It provides sanatizers at every step of the company area . everything is going to hygienic. It sanatizes all the work stations after end of every shift . There is a lot of Good behaviour and the management is solves every our issues. Salary is decent and career growth is good. There is a not any type of bond so u can easily join another company by giving a resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to lead a line and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
