Good housing, free transportation (AC bus), neat and clean plant, safety awareness is good, learning possibilities are good, individual responsibility is given so that one can gain good knowledge. Excellent job security and timely salary.

Dislikes

1. Extremely work pressure, even 14-16hr a day 2. Excessive shutdown and long duty schedule without any weekly off 3. Career progress is very very limited 4. Middle and top management politics and nepotism 5. No one will get any positive solution from their supirior. 6. Very very complicated and confusing working process and culture7. Zero decision making power through out the top management 8. Leave culture is very stringent and duty on most of the national holidays 9.
