Very active and Soft spoken Hr and Recruitment Team. Anytime available for support. On time salary and competitions. Medicalaim facilities for self spouse and kids. Provide Good package compair to other market consultant companies. Provide 1500 Rs per month for internet uses and 2000 rs for installation. Cab service for evening shift. Food @20 Rs unlimited. Medical facilities not available for parents, which I believe should added because they are the one who needs more of it. Also Dental medical should also be get added.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
