I have joined just 2 months ago and these 2 months experience is fantastic! All HR and team members (which I interacted with) are polite, humble and responsive. Also they are friendly and professional at the same time! Also they do not have variable pay in salary at least for me.My overall experience is good, you can definitely go with this company.

No option to opt of other pf schemes such as vpf. Apart from that everything looks great.

At the time of joining HR team member from MITS has explained all very well regarding company, timesheet filling, leaves etc. Every month before month end we received reminder mails from HR team for timesheet for smooth salary processing. Receiving salary on timely manner. HR team members are cooperative.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
