I recently joined this company the management provided me good understanding of joining formalities. Before onboarding on the project they have provided me assignment for skills improvement. I am eagerly waiting for working with my teammates. They provided job security, work Life Balance as well. Overall in 10 days my experience with MITS is very nice.

Currently i am working at client location and it has been amazing experience to be associated with MITS. Key Points about MITS: 1. HR and other team members are very helpful, professional and responsive. They have good co-ordination with clients in order to manage the resource. 2. They have very systematic and transparent approach for salary processing, appraisal an any kind of reimbursements. 3. Worked here for 3 months. 1. Salary structure and benefits are good. 2. The company is more reliable for employment. 3. No issues with leave management. 4. More scope for career expansion.

Dislikes

1. Salary date is 6th of each month, which is little late. Employees who have loan EMIs before salary date will definitely affect this. 2. Management should look into work satisfaction of the employees.

I have joined just 1 months ago and these 1 months experience is fantastic! All HR and team members (which I interacted with) are polite, humble and responsive. Also they are friendly and professional at the same time! Received salary on time. They also have PF, gratuity and optional Mediclaim.

Dislikes

If they need some input from employee then they give less time window to update the details, most probably 1 business day. But this is not a major con, if we miss the deadline they try to understand and extend the deadline.

I have joined just 2 months ago and these 2 months experience is fantastic! All HR and team members (which I interacted with) are polite, humble and responsive. Also they are friendly and professional at the same time! Also they do not have variable pay in salary at least for me.My overall experience is good, you can definitely go with this company.

No option to opt of other pf schemes such as vpf. Apart from that everything looks great.

Currently working from home for the client company. At the time of joining HR team member from MITS has explained all very well regarding company, timesheet filling, leaves etc. Every month before month end we received reminder mails from HR team for timesheet for smooth salary processing. Receiving salary on timely manner. HR team members are cooperative.

I have been working with MITS from past 7 months and it's been a great experience to work with this company. Work life balance is amazing. Learning is good. Company culture is good. Staff, colleagues and HRs all are very supportive. Director of MITS is one of a gem person.

Job security is good you work culture is also good if your facing any problems senior will help you you can deny any particular activity if your unable to do it management is good and company policies as well

Sometimes you have assigned some activities around 8 pm activies is only for 1 hr good thing is you also given option to join late in next morning so it's not too bad either

I joined MITS in November 2020. It has been a great joy to be associated with the team as they have been very helpful in every step I needed assistance with. The HR professionals have also been quite responsive in providing accurate information. Glad to be working with MITS.

Overall company HR are very supportive and alwasys provide quick resolution to any queries.Event founder sir is also supportive and can directly connected with each employee for any issue and resolution. Overall my experience is very good with the company. Great to work here and also having good work life balance.
