Poor work culture. Treat you like daily wages worker. Want to suck out every ounce of energy from you from 9 to 5. All Saturday working. 22-24 work load. Not even cooler is provided to faculties, forget about AC. No lab staff in labs, no clerical staff. All time you are under cameras. No free lecture to students. All the lectures study only 6x6.

This is totally fake college for employees as well as students. HR chavi nagpal is a manipulative lady. Recruitment process is going on the whole year and there is no stability. There is no career growth and i have seen during my three year of working as an assistant professor here. They don't follow any norms of AICTE, only on paper they show that they fulfilling all norm of AICTE but if you verify they fail in all aspects. They didn't give proper appointment letter, experience letter and they don't give salary structured....Read More

The all faculties member do calling to a students during admission session and indulged in a marketing and admission. There is no lab technicians to performed experimenta. Faculties have to learn to perform experiment. There is a fake placement drive by college.
