I have been working in Mitra Academy for the past 8 years. My experience here has been noteworthy. The school is very organised in every manner. When I joined Mitra, I was new to this field, but working here has been at ease with supportive colleagues and management. I have earned plenty of valuable skills as we are offered with several learning opportunities leading to professional growth. The management recognises our calibre and we are motivated to do better. The staff here are regarded as family. The teachers here are passionate about seeing their students do well. They nurture them to the best and bring out the individual strengths in them. 'Outside my own home, Mitra Academy is my second home'. Yes, you read it right. Mitra Academy is indeed my second home. I joined Mitra Academy as a Kindergarten teacher in 2014. Since the day I joined, I was amazed at the friendliness of all the teachers, the admin staff and our management. Earlier, I worked with Kidzee, and the scenario there was completely different, not in anyway comparable to that of Mitra Academy. I got the opportunity to learn a lot at Mitra. I can definitely say, we, the teachers in Mitra Kinderworld, are a FAMILY! We all work together, stand by each other and help each other. I took a maternity break in 2017. When I decided to pursue my career after a year's break, without a second thought, I approached our CEO, Tanveer Sir. I was delighted to know that even Mitra wanted me back then. With the constant support and guidance from our Kindergarten Head Yeshoda Ma'am, I continued learning. Each day I climbed a new step towards success. When I rejoined after my maternity break, I enjoyed flexibility in terms of my duties and responsibilities as I had desired, thanks to our Heads and Management. I feel totally at home at Mitra. In 2020, the pandemic dreadfully affected all the people around the globe. Schools were shut down. That was the time, when we all at Mitra stood together. Our CEO, Tanveer Sir's training and constant support made us tech savvy and we were ready for the online classes.The management conducts awards' day and appreciates all the deserving staff members. I am really proud of the gestures that our management shows to encourage us. I am overjoyed to have received 2 awards. I also got an opportunity to grow here. Currently, I have been elevated to the next level in the Kindergarten department. I am greatly indebted to Mitra Academy to have made me what I am today. It was a good time of 3 years of my service as a teacher with Mitra Academy. I was working with the Kindergarten department and I was ushered in to the world of total commitment and dedication towards the children. I have learnt a lot and there is a constant updation of knowledge through various training programmes. The management is extremely kind and is very caring and understanding towards all the employees starting from the support staff to the Heads of the Institution. I was just surfing and came across this website and was pleasantly surprise by the reviews by some anonymous people. I am currently working in this institution for the last 9 years, for all of us Mitra is like our own, we all are treated more than a family here. The management is extremely kind, and takes care of all their employees from the Support staff to the Heads of Institution. I had resigned after working for two years as I needed to take break in career and then rejoined here as I liked the work atmosphere at Mitra. My relieving was very smooth, and I was welcomed back again without even an interview. The reviews posted are misleading and completely opposite of the culture and ethos of the School. I am guessing, these staff would have left the school middle of the academic year abruptly, without serving the notice period and may have been troubled for leaving the students at bay in the middle of the academic year after agreeing to serve the school for the entire year. There is no form of bond anyone needs to sign from my experience of 9 years, it is only a continuation letter, which every employee must sign and give their consent that they will be continuing for the next academic year. Working here is an absolute nightmare. Extreme work pressure with 24/7 availability. The school claims to be 'tech-savvy' but they instead practice primitive procedures. They don't pay you if you leave without the notice period. So thoroughly consider any other options if you're thinking of working here. When you resign you are treated with disrespect. Getting back your own certificates is the hardest part. Patience is a must if you resign whether it comes to contacting the HR or signing, they 'require' many unnecessary proofs and written letters. Even quitting this disaster ends you in an adverse situation. Veering clear of this school is the best option. You will not regret it at all....Read More

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. They seize your original documents and makes us sign bonds if we are unable to work as per their bond they make you pay for your own certificates and if you fail to pay them,they retain our original documents with them. Admin department stop answering your calls and they don't bother to even reply to your mails. I don't recommend this place for any one....Read More

Working environment is pathetic here. No work ethics, teachers are not dealt professionally. Extreme work pressure, unrealistic work expectations, needless documentation and paperwork. Unprofessional behavior in the work place. Leaders use offensive and abusive language. Even though you complain to higher authorities it doesn't work in any way. There is no work and life balance concept, you will loose your mental peace here. Resigning is also not a easy task, they will make your life miserable. Not a good place to work.
