It was a good time of 3 years of my service as a teacher with Mitra Academy. I was working with the Kindergarten department and I was ushered in to the world of total commitment and dedication towards the children. I have learnt a lot and there is a constant updation of knowledge through various training programmes. The management is extremely kind and is very caring and understanding towards all the employees starting from the support staff to the Heads of the Institution. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. They retain our original certificates and documents with them. They make us sign bonds with unreasonable conditions imposed on us and if we fail to adhere to their bond they threaten to retain our original documents and admin department never answers your query neither they respond to your mails. They make you pay compensation in order to get our own certificates from them. I don't recommend this place for anyone....Read More
