Work time was 10 am to 5 pm with bus facility only for non sales staff. That was actually good for employees.

Dislikes

No promotion for the staffs, no growth, cheap gossips, for girls it is very difficult to survive because they gossip between males & females colleagues. Cheap mentality for females employees, late salary credit.

MITSDE is a good organization. However I'm working for another branch that is, MIT University of Shilong, Meghalaya. Wherein the management is worst..no proper time for salary, no-one is taking responsibility to answer the queries of employees, worst manager's, who just like people who are Licking their feet...

Dislikes

No proper management for anything...still I haven't received closer on complain which was shared 1 month ago.. Woman do not respect other woman.. Under the name of performance management is saving psychopath people. Insecure place for good girls/ladies/woman's.
