This Company has a great network and working criteria for Footwear and Apperals. If you are from same field then there is lots of opportunities to grab. I highly recommend Mirza to jobseekers for garments and footwear sector.

Every company has their own culture in which some people can adjust and some people can't. I dislike only one thing that is HR management system. They are not entertaining legal protocols of hiring, salary computation, CL/EL/SL system.

Pathetic experience ever .. my first job was at redtape store . They treat there employees as slaves and take work 12hours no holidays and on festivals no off even they take more work rather then normal days 15 hours .. i will suggest no one should go.
