No Hr policies and HR tools to perform the job .Salaries not paid on time forget about the time they hardly pay the salary. Attrition rate is too high.No recognition of work and the General Manager namely Vinod Dubey and his so called secretary Harleen alias Bablan Kaur (same person having diff names) dnt treat the employees well and when we ask for the salary these people will stop responding to yr calls .Things dnt stop here too.They will take the help of legal luminaries to harass and intimidate its employees.They are actually running a racket to loot money from the affluent people in the wake of giving good returns.
