As a start up, it is okay to join the company and know the market and then progress. This company may let you to earn the amount to exist in the city of Guwahati. The salary which one can earn by working with the company is a small amount which can help one to feed himself (staying & fooding). The owner of the company is friendly and a nice person to work with. Rest depends upon the employee how he wants to work and progress the career....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
