There is no job security My TL always threats to refer back to HR when you not complete the daily targets it's been pressure so I put my papers even in notice period they say you'll do more than your target it's really pressurized me.🥲🥲

Work pressure us very high. It was sometimes 11 hours in office and 12-13 hours during the work from home. Compensation is average, growth is slow. Average Team Management.
