Biased and favouritism. Lack of intelligent and mature managers , moslty interested in parties and hanging out with younger colleagues of specific gender. No future for DnA folks as the work is not direct client facing but a really back office work . Still the firm is transforming so the managers form their own policies instead of abiding actual miq values. Senior leadership is weak and is unable to manage one floor team . Has a severe pip culture every quarter over minor escalations. Better to find an actual effective project rather only making powerpoints day and night for 100 advertisers....Read More
