If you manage to get into a good team then you can make your work enjoyable & maybe learn from your peers at the same time. Amazing job security, no firing during COVID & also consistent hiring across the year, they don't over-hire.

Dislikes

Promotions and hike system is inconsistent and overall poor. Management can be tough. Very low flexibility in terms of Work/Life balance You either have no work or all the work in the world, managers play favorites a lot. Systems are all over the place, actions taken by upper management might not make sense at times and you get bogus requirements if you are in that kind of team. I really enjoy working working at Amadeus for several reasons. First and foremost I appreciate the company's commitment to innovation and its focus on cutting-edge technology in the travel and hospitality industry. It's inspiring to be a part of team that's constantly pushing boundaries and creating solutions that have a global impact.

Dislikes

While there are many positives to working at Amadeus, like any organization there are a few areas where there is room for improvement. For instance, I've noticed that the communication between departments could be more streamlined at times, which can occasionally lead to delays in project execution.

Doesn't care about non management employees. Comp. does not increase much. Good Work goes to other sites. No goodies or anything to engage employees or to even persuade them to stay.
