Good Work environment with overseas Staff and varies patients which give me the ability to Work with all types of patients and meet their needs and managing the department despit of deferent Nationalities and deferent Staff Levels.

Poor opportunities to develop and grow, need more focus on Staff satisfaction and outcomes. Career growth very slow,

Privet company hiring mapower for ministry..its bad.. not getting enoug wages and benefits..no salry improvment ...if u work 10 yr same salry... Needs improving..but not your salary....
