Teammates were very bad Egyptians & Pakistanis. There was no environment of training. Job was insecure. No chances of career growth they want you to work always like donkey. Traveling was ok. Egyptian plays politics & creating environment in such a way so that indian doctors will not to work in ksa. Learning was self learning only Ididn't find any doctor from whom you can learn something. Working environment was very bad in ksa. Only self innovation. Work-life balance was 0, only work work & work no life except working . Salary was very low inspite of work like European & American degree holders....Read More

Teammates were very bad Egyptians and Pakistanis. No scope for training. Job was insecure. No scope for career growth. Salary was very low. MOH didn't give me my full gratuity. Money of covering to other hospital didn't give at all. Egyptian & Pakistanis play always bad politics. I learned on my own by treating patients & got good experience with good results.
