I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Working in Ministry is a good experience Though there is no much no security and career growth here even then it is comfortable to work here There is salary satisfaction There is no party politics Work environment is best Many things to learn here Feel innovated and life is running in balance way

It is in to framing policy and implementation of Environmental ,Forest , Wildlife Acts ,Rules and Notifications. I had two passports : Official and Ordinary. One gets opportunity to travel abroad depending upon work allocation. I traveled to 14 countries during last 11 years multiple times.
