My school is working under Ministry of Maldives . The work atmosphere is good and stress free.The infrastructure is very excellent . The colleagues are very cooperative in my school. Principal and leading teachers are very supportive and guide us to achieve goals. Teachers will have to do online training courses which facilitates the improvement in their teaching skills and confidence. Every work place may have its own limitations. Here, if we need a leave; family respobilty leave/emergency leave , we have to submit an amount and go. The localisation is growing.so the job security problem is there. The medical facilities are not so good in islands and is more expensive to foreigners.The travel facilities are also expensive . If need arises for medical and travel ,our savings will not be enough....Read More
