Here co worker are very much biased. They prefer only their caste. They tell not to do the work. If someone want to work also not able to work. They find unnecessary faults in work .. No mistakes was there still they find the mistake and shout at u. They dont even know how to talk to a lady.

Good Salary even at the level of Data entry operator/ Clerk. There after there is a scope for promotional avenues by passing Departmental SAS Examinations. DAD Offices spread over through out the nook and corner of the country and Andaman& Nicobar where ever the Defence forces establishments defence R&D, Ordanance Factories exists.There by The Employies have opportunities to serve different parts of the country and to get well versed with their cultural heritage. There are regional training centers at Banglore , Poona, lucknow, Meerut to impart training to the recruits to introduce the work culture of the DAD Organisation. There is absolute job security provided The employ does not involve into fraud. Working environment is nice which every body can enjoy only working in day time from 9.15am to 5.45pm 5days a week ( Monday to Friday). There are canteen facilities where groceries kitchen ware fridge washing machines ,etc could be purchased at subsidize prices.
