MODA is one of a very good company for me 1st the benefits i will receive is 100% satisfied. 2nd the accommodation is very nice compare to the other than company. 3rd the health benefits is 100% active and i will satisfied. Lock down is a one solution to fight covid 19 and stay at home.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
