The teammates are very helpful and friendly. They pamper their employees well. They have free massage facilities, good food (breakfast, lunch as well as dinner). Pay extra for night shifts. Have a good HR team to take care of the employees.

Dislikes

Bonus is included in the CTC and therefore it sometimes can be a little tricky to judge the exact monetary benefit you receive by working hard.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

You can work on different products and learn new skills.

Dislikes

Worst work culture and no work life balance. HR management don't no how to handle the employees and company culture. Very few leaves and no work from homes. You will be exhausted working here and didn't get the credit for the same. Very strict working hours. You will have to seated in the office till 6 whatever is the situation. Worst office space. Good company for robots.

1. Poor management - both in human resources and projects. 2. Hugely variable salary. In-hand amount is 30-40% less than advertised ctc. 3. Very few leaves - 10 for an year. 4. Ridiculous work from home policy. Only 3 allowed in a quarter. 5. As a software engineer, you will be working the equivalent of 5 roles here (Sales, BA, QA, Tester, Developer).

Poor management. They micromanage employees. They don't have clear vision. One day you will be working on java and other day they will ask you to develop wordpress plugin. Scrum masters are the not experienced so they judge you very quickly and treat you like that, they are not professional. Salary is scam 20% variable.

You have no value when you are out of the company as mostly you will work on plugin they have over WordPress .But you can neither say you are WordPress developer not the php developer as for WordPress developer in any other company, knowledge of making WordPress site is necessary and as php developer you must have the knowledge of any framework of php like laravel or codeigniter which you would not get there. So i don't think it's a right decision for a fresher to join there. But you will as they give good salary but no skills to validate that salary. So overall it's trap. miniOrange provides flexible working hours, great compensation for beginners (provided you are willing to dedicate your 200% to the company), and free amenities (that other organization usually charge for).

Dislikes

You are expected to work beyond 9-6, 7 days a week (All work - zero life balance). You have to apply a month before for leaves which are longer than 3 days. (You get 10-15 leaves [including sick leaves] per year) Your compensation depends upon the revenue of the company, which is not ideal since you are employees and not partners. (And to top it off, 40% of your CTC is variable) If you take Work from Home, do not expect to be paid in full.
