I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing is functional. No protocols are in place for inter-department communication. HR team is dysfunctional. Salaries are delayed often. No career growth. Random task allocations. Poor review and appraisal protocols.

Actually nothing. They don’t have any leadership even team leads are not there. 1-2 years experience people are lead. They don’t even have an HR head. It’s being run by HR executives. Basically it’s a small time baniya shop but they show on linked in that they are a corporate.

They really don’t know what they are doing. They hiring for cloud and make u do only documents and work on small tickets. They don’t have any kind of vision. Every client is cursing them. More than 150 people have left in the last 10 months including top management. This company will close down soon.
