No proper hikes, don't consider employees as humans, you need to work and show off 12-14 hours per day, or else your work won't be considered sufficient. Show off show off show off. that's all s going on currently. Company is going through a bad phase and that is clearly affecting the job security of the employees.

Mindtickle is one of the places where the company does its best to care for employees. The people are really friendly and stay that way for long.

Dislikes

Recent layoffs due to improving numbers were not great. Rather than improving strategy by working on Sales and reducing Churn, R&D team members saw the axe.

1. Micromanagement is too high 2. Job security is not there 3. Too many reshufflings an restructuring within the teams. 4. No clear communication 5. New Leadership and managers are very bad they don't stick to their words and can backstab you any time.

There is no growth path that company provides. There should be some training department which people can leverage to upskill. Some classroom trainings that could have a group of people having similar interest register and could be time bounded.
