Not good work culture is very bad.

This is keep you posted that. I worked mindril 2 months but I left because work environment is not good MD has force to work with Excutive lavel, This is not good for us , have 2 GM but don't have any knowledge in operation, there is no discussion maker anytime blame to the HR department.

There HR Head and Asst. Manager HR is very polite and helpful.

Dislikes

Very bad behaviour of MD. His best time pass is doing recruitment and cv screening. From labour recruitment to Higher position, there is no need for an HR except a tele-calling job. Only make top sheet. Very bad work culture, very bad office location and timing.

Frustrated Managing Director , One kind of Mad delirious Charector, Didn't know the Responsibilities & Scope, thinks Every one do Everything, He maintains His Ego over 100 ofs Proff.. 1st pulled you up against your Hod to insult/Down him, till Hod Resigned , Then down you in front of your juniors, as much till you're Resigned from position. Hate that F****g attitude.
