I was a fresher when I joined there .Company gave me opportunity I’m always thankful for that,but after my joining if I was having some difficulties then there was no senior available to help me out and manager over there gave us so much work load and if it is not completed then they used foul language . Owner of the company also uses foul language for their employees.I was frastred

No respect for employees, Clients and Owner of the company often gang up to humiliate employees. Resource scarce company pressurizes employees to compensate for scarcity. Minimal salary. Skill set or efforts matter less than favoritism.
