They have been checking us daily with our temperature and also with masks wearing and sanitizing but unfortunately now it's been closed I hope it would be back I feel like working there

Best part at mindmap is incentives. The more you work the more you can earn and the work culture is at its best. The management shilpa and susheel was super cool, feel proud working with them. My mentor was Saqlain, he is booster at the work. His motivation and encourage gives the more energy to work. He was just awesome.

Dislikes

Very less salary package. Work location with less facilities in the office. It's not that easy to get a good opportunity or like a higher position to work in mindmap. Should have at least travelling allowances separately

I worked for only one year which is very less. They provide very less salary but I have gained a lot of knowledge which a basic fresher should learn at fresher level. Work is hectic, all you need to have a smart work to work in any work place. Simply👌

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
