Did not give time to think about the offer - asked to join in under one day of getting job offer - otherwise the offer would be retracted. The head honchos are terrible in leadership and management. The working hours are terrible - employees forced to work 12 hours a day * 6 days a week - no rest on Sunday as well. For a company that promotes health lifestyle, they have never heard of practice what you preach. Employees do not get medical insurance - which is a legal requirement in India since the COVID pandemic. The compensation is peanuts. The incentives are horrible and there's no phone and internet reimbursement for a job that requires 8+ hours of calling per day....Read More
