Growth of employees is not prioritized, work pressure is more due to ad-hoc unplanned activities. All websites blocked learning is difficult in this environment. Appraisal process is not transparent some people without putting much efforts gets same appraisal as the person putting most of the efforts.

one project manager KD thinks hes god as hes there for more than 10 years and handling technical project without any prior technical profile and knowledge.He treats marathi people badly it seems and give no respect to people. had terrible experience with him.
