Every senior is double minded they dont have any fix management I have been a graduate working as a maker at marol naka - no proper division of power - Sanjay yadav, Saif ali harras a lot of people working - Here no senior is there to listen to your grievances they just block you all the way - they worst application of company isphpl worst - Many seniors just give appraisal to their relatives only even if you work hard and have capability - If you ask your senior they just insult you - even keeping the make line clean the cctv auditor mark it bad then senior insult us in the outlet - no proper management team -if you have relatives then only work here -every senior comes and insult us -no proper food provided everything is raw and even dog food better than these food - you can't even contact the owner of these company as many senior will make a bad image of you infront of them - Harrasment by seniors - the owner of these company is a good person but the middle persons like seniors are harrasing - no proper management plan -they just remove you from the job if they dont want us without any reason Too much bad experience...Read More

work life balance is none, you almost work for 14-16 hours in a 12 hour shifts, and you work on your holidays also for this long. and after working for this much the job security and satisfaction is not there. Proper HR facilities are not available.
