The company has supported us by giving us a job security and having no lay-offs due to Covid-19. They have made sure that all employees are provided with necessary equipment and support to continue working and delivering to the client.

I did not like the way the company is pressing on delivering the same quantity and quality of work as we did before the Covid-19. It should be considered that people working from home cannot provide the same quantity and quality due to balance of work and family. In this pandemic this company is terminating employees and force them to resign. So much pressure they put on employees. In this pandamic they make us work like 10 hours. They didn't pay single penny for extra hours we put for work. 2019's bonus and increment were not given. If there is power cut or network issue they deduct half day leave or make us to bill that much of time on that day. They force us or pressurise us for 4-5 hours compensation of time for the things which are not in our hand....Read More

No professional or financial growth. No scope for learning. It like ruining your important years of life for few bucks. Nothing to learn new. Only pressure and working for 10 hours. Can not break according to your convenience.they force us to take leave according to their wish. Leave are very less. We can't take our vacation leaves as per our requirements. They just force to do everything. No appreciation for work. In the name reward and recognition they give 300 rs voucher. No facility for employees. Small balcony is pantry or canteen for them.
