Micro management, it's showing only hybrid but need to go everyday. Also reporting to head person at the time of joining, but all works follow up done by Sachin Shinde ( hopeless person ). All the members at there is working since 8 to 9 years so as a new joiner they are dominated your self. And all the time since 1st day of month to Last Day of Month is only about mis. Never seen and work with a horrible people in my life....Read More

There is work life balance but you will not get enough salary to survive in city like Pune.

Dislikes

Appraisal and bonus are very bad it's that bad that you cannot enough share with anyone. Trust me guys people are suffering here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
