The company is open to innovation and readily adopts letest technology..anathor plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low,and also growth is slow.managers do not value an individual unique strengths. Carrie growth is zero.

We can learn new technologies and how to handle big responsibility. Management support is good in personnel and technical work. For learning technical and management skills in career I will suggest everyone has to work at least one time in this company.

Dislikes

Only Work load is more but so much things and responsibilities can be learn from this otherwise it's good company to work here.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company realise that you are extremely talented when u resign only and they don't believe on any party or team get-together its waste of time. You will come to know after some years that you learn to0 much politics here together with work..

No increment from last 3 years and they decided to cut ur salary by 30%, if company business is not so good and u can't do anything.
