1. They teach you before going to site from scratch even basics of power system . 2. Testing equipment is advanced from other companies.

Work Details

For starters first 3 to 4 months gonna to bit difficult because they dont know stuff and spend more time on it.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
