The company does not follow any labour laws. There is no holiday rule. No Holiday calendar. HR team is CEO’s wife so dont expect any result from the HR team too. No off on Saturday. If possible the aged uncles will make you work on Sunday as well. The babu and big boss culture is still present out there in the company. There are oldaged uncles sitting for last 24 years who have no idea or does not want to know what is going on in the market. The company is NOT safe and NOT a good place for FEMALE EMPLOYEES. They have no policies for females. The old managers who is there for last 20-25 years will do politics against you as you are in a political party office. If you ask for leaves they will ask you to leave.
