There are no any job security of any staff. Nothing company policies for staff and any walfare. they didnt support us even didnt provide salary also....and they forced to many staff for resign in that lockdown period.

Dislikes

Because they call me during lockdown in may month and said that millinia hotel not require your services.suddenly they told me resign from my job thats why i didnt like work there.

I am food & beverage mamager overthere. Overall department have to be responsibl on me..like as making budget,staff trainning,h.r budget,forcast planning,promotion, revenue planning etc
