Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Management wants labour, not a creative and intelligent co-worker. No Job security, Always one woman & her dog show. don't work with this company.

Management has no plan for projects, always they are hurry. they think that in India all software engineers are labour. they wants data entry operator, software engineer doing data entry job work.

Work Details

I was earn good money but I paid very high price for it. It is a third class learning experience. I personally suggest, if you want to start your career with data entry operator and end with this, then join it.

Work pressure is alot. If you raise concerns or cross question to manager they will put layoff list and eat your job saying we are incompetent
