Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

In residential school some restrictions are there, for example in free time without permission of authority can not go outside.

It is a one man show, the owner of the School. And he terminates services of even good employees very often, giving them just about 8 hours' notice. The School Principal is also into tax evasion.

This place has given me a learning platform which helped me to sharpen few skills of mine. The campus of the school is excellent with special attention given to infrastructure related to sports.

Dislikes

This place has literally zero job security with no work life balance. The founder cum principal has an authoritarian nature because of which people leave their job here. Moreover, basic rights are crushed always.
