Fake promises of rotational shifts. Stuck in one same shift ever since i have joined. Even if we have an emergency had to cancel all the things n do the same shift. I had cleared abt my exams dates still I had to go to office after exams that too the leave applied was for 3days only... in which one was weekly off. 2 days leave was also rejected. Anytime we are asked to do straight shifts and in our emergency the company never ever helps . Doesn't give salary on time.. incentive also calculated wrong....Read More

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
