Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always strive to create a positive and professional work environment for our employees. However, we also expect commitment and adherence to company policies. As a trainee software engineer, you were informed that paid leave is not provided during the first three months of training. Despite this, you took multiple leaves, some without prior notice. Additionally, your frequent absences, including being unable to come to the office during the rainy season and requesting a one-month leave for your distance course, raised concerns about your dedication to the role. After providing multiple warnings and assessing your lack of interest in the job, the management had to take the decision to part ways. We value constructive feedback, but it's essential to acknowledge the circumstances that led to this outcome. Wishing you the best in your future endeavors.
