Dislikes

No salary is provided. And whatever you get, you won't get salary slip. They are even violating fundamental rights of employees. Non teaching have more respect than teaching faculties.

Giving Hike to only relatives or Family Members. 4. Asking to write Good Reviews by the Faculties. 5. Since 2005 ,I have been working as a PGT in different public schools but Miet is one of the awesome schools I have seen .for example during covid lockdown this school gave me full salary even the due increments .they were always there to stand by us as a family.

I think ,Some time our management bears a lot even some inefficient staff members due to the humanity nature

poor management specially Registrar(Mr. Vashisth), no job security, no salary hike, too much workload other than teaching(like calling to student's parents, random calling for admission, guard duty in the name of discipline duty, other office work etc), no work-life balance, poor teacher-student ratio in real(though everything seems to be almost perfect on papers)</mark>. One thing i dislike the most is other than teaching workload u have to do other unnecessary work that should not be done by teachers ,other staff should be there for those work so that teachers can focus on their main motive.and other thing management of various events is not that good.
