Good work environment. Supportive management is transparent. Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning. There was a formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I learnt how manage and do work in difficult situations.
