Nothing, the person who doesn't have any goal in life or doesn't want to grow at wider range in life can work here otherwise ambitious or a person with higher goals can't work here for long term due to lowest growth level here.

Dislikes

Everything, utmost the HR policies, criticism, partially is happening openly here. They don't value their employees. Work in quantity like mountain and increment like two spoons of water in a glass that too in this fast expensive generation.
