There is nothing to like about this company this, is all bulls h i t.

All the things they don't have proper infrastructure, They treat their employees like machines and they even say bad things and MD even Abuses. No emergency is considered even if the person is dying the manager and the MD play a lot of politics and they don't even have a proper work culture very toxic environment. Suggested not to work with this Company as you won't be able to grow and these people will not let you grow and pull you down. These people will exploit you....Read More

In my time hr was not good, mis bharti, her behaviour with employees was very bad. She was neve keeps transparency between boss and employees. Mideast inhouse office , not a proper rules and regulations . They cuts sallary, and discontinue sallary process, they pretend in starting very good but be aware for girls specialy.

no job security, work culture is very bad, management is also very bad here, no future, company policies are not fixed they create new policies daily to exploit their employees

no any training they will not even tell you about how to work, salary don't credited in time they will intentionally give you your salary after 15th-20th day of next month. they always set for the cost cutting at the time salary and created new policies after the month has completed and your salary will be deducted without any reason. team mates are such kind of ch**tiya that they do not dare to ask about the reason of their salary deduction....Read More

Theres nothing to like. If anyone wants to waste their 2 months get humiliated, blackmailed every day with zero salary can join. Not kidding these frauds just hire you for a month or two then push you in some kind of trouble then fire you without giving any salary.

Theres no work culture no matter whats your designation is owner can ask you any job and you cannot deny(ANY JOB!). Even accountants have to bring rice for owners kitchen, have seen office boy digging pipes at owners house. Data entry person goes to buy bearing and get scolded for bringing wrong one. Working here is like working 8 days a week & 25 hours a day. They not let you go home befor 9 pm cuz they start giving you work at 7 pm and next day again be ready at 6.30 or get your salary deducted. No sunday, no leaves, no safe, work culture, no tools.

I don't like any things in this company, This was very worst experience of my life because there is no professionalism and healthy environment they treat everyone like site labours and not specific work for anyone, No traning provide amd no any clarification about work place, job profile and all even boss and seniors Don't know how to talk with employees and many time they abusing people and When you do interview HR show dream about skill development, teamwork and many more but i work here more then 3 months people came and leave there is no teamwork and skill development. And everytime they hire people you get open vacancy always here because they don't know how to use skill of employees and provide healthy environment, even they holding salary without any reason.. if you don't have job its okay but never join here. There is no working time only coming time fixed but leaving time not fixed even no OT paid, They just want that people work for them free of cost and when you ask for salary then shut mouth off, and no leave policies, this policy is just in your handbook and appointment letter but when you ask them for leave they just hold your salary and ask you to resign and FNF but don't expect that after this they clear your FNF because they never provide FNF to anyone, Now in covid time there is many people tested positive in work place but no any guidelines and information provided to employees and not close office for several time even when my colleague tested positive they ask him for FNF. Looking like sm ppl here don’t want to work or obey timings, and then complain about company. Obv if u don’t come on time, ur salary will cut. This is a work place not party to take for granted. Also, such a great place to learn, if u give respect to company, company respect u back. U having to have good work ethic. Ppl being salty here for no reason.

I love how MD sir gives new and challenging tasks for me to work around, because I am a problem solver. I learn new things about the industry I never knew before. My email, letter writing skilling improved substantially and therefore i got big promotion. Despite harsh times, didn't lose my job during covid-19.

Dislikes

No excuses and tantrums are heard for non-performance. Always called out when haven't performed well. but still motivated to do better.
