There was a time when the company ranking was under top 10. I wish a new stakeholder and the management will bring the position back. There is nothing good to describe.

Company is running without any VISION, company has no MISSION STATEMENT. So, if you are seeking your great career ahead then stay away as adding name of this company will not put any star in your CV. The moody and swing management will not make you relaxed working here. They keep changing their statement, they will split within 24 hrs what they committed. Always in search of low cost labor, thinking the cost of hiring low salaried person will improve their EBITDA. There was nothing good in this Company. Salary is delayed by ATLEAST 2 months. They have no policy for INcrement and Leaves. One women army they have. from Peon to VP all reporting goes to her only. There is no hierarchy. Even a PAN SHOP would be more Organised than this Company. I have left this Company and it's been more than 1.5years they haven't settled the F&F.
