The company is very good, but the senior people there practice nepotism. They only allow their brothers and family members to move ahead.Even if someone is doing good work, they try to remove him. They always want to replace him with a family relative.

Dislikes

What to talk about job security when they have to be removed, then if they simply transfer you to a place where you will not be able to go and the salary is low, then it is not even possible that you will say yes, otherwise you will be compelled to resign.And why would anyone want to quit their job?

1. People don't cooperate. Thay just want the work done without even guiding. 2. Data is not centralised, you have to go from pne person to another like in govt. department. 3. No professional atmosphere, If you mail someone, person will not reply till the time you personally call him 4-5 times. 4. There are cameras everywhere and they are monitored evertime. you have to stick to your chair the whole day like others , otherwise you video will be recorded and you will get a call from senior management. 5.
