Like transfer employee to other locations force fully even if he don't know their local languages while he is near to eligible to get gratuity. if employee not accepted transfer they deducting incentive which is part of CTC paid once in a quarter based on performance. very poor increment 2. 8% PA.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
