Great Working Experience! I have been working in Micronix System for 10 years. When I started working for this company, it seemed like a dream come true. Everyone was just super-friendly. The most important part was the CEO took part in the recruitment process. We have 5 Working Days. Saturday-Sunday Fixed off. 1. Friendly Atmosphere 2. Efficiant Administration 3. Remote Working Facility

There is no such disliking about working at Micronix. Yes, sometimes it's difficult to control work-life balance, otherwise, we really enjoy working with our colleagues.

I don't have any dislikes about my company. Although I have a few suggestions that can contribute towards making a better workplace for our employees. 1. Annual events 2. More Recreational activities etc.

This company is very good for fresher as well as experienced too. The management system is too good. You won't get bored with the work culture. Everyone works as a team and supports each other. You will get lots of opportunities to learn new things. Good increment on a yearly basis. No senior will treat you as junior staff, he or she will help you to learn new things.

No tea is been provided from the company's end. You have to go out and buy it for your own:-p...

Salary we didn't get full on the salary date... we got our salary as 1st half and 2nd half for every month.. the management had no link among them...all of a sudden the project was withdrawn and thus it ruined our career.
